No volunteers will be needed.
Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
The weather in February or any other month in Indiana is unpredictable. The decision to go or no go is made by our administration. Teams will be notified ASAP of a bad weather decision cancellation. If the event is canceled on our end refunds will be given. If we have the event and you are unable to make the trip on your end refunds will not be given.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: Refunds will be given.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: Payment is expected to be coming when teams are registered. If you decide to pull out you may be refunded ONLY if we have teams to take your spot.
Judging Format
- Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.Notebooks will be due on February 1st.
