A hospitality room will provide a free lunch as well as snacks and drinks for all working volunteers.
If you would like to volunteer, please contact Natasha Craft or Amanda Cox
- All volunteers will be trained

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
Hopefully this won't happen. If it does, a message will be sent out to all team contacts explaining if the event is merely postponed a couple hours or cancelled for the day. If it must be cancelled, a new date will be chosen and communicated to all teams as soon as possible.
