Welcome to the Pine Tree Jr High Pirates VEX IQ Full Volume Tournament! 

We will follow the schedule posted. If teams are late we will continue the competition without them. Please be on time!

There are several local fast food restaurants in the area that you can order in for lunch. No concessions will be available at the competition. 

Judging Format: All In-Person Judging - Please submit electronic journals by December 6, 2023 at 3:00 pm

Tournament Agenda -- **Afternoon schedule will be amended as needed based on final number of teams entered.**

We will follow this agenda as best as we can.  Teams not arriving by the time inspection closes will not be included.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In the event of bad weather, events will either be cancelled or rescheduled. Coaches will be emailed in advance. 

Refund and Payment Policies

No refunds unless the event is cancelled. 

 

Judging Format

 Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. The submission deadline for electronic journals is December 6, 2023 by 3:00 pm central time.
