General Info

Sossaman Middle School is excited to host this VEX IQ  Full Volume tournament to be held at Sossaman Middle School in Queen Creek, AZ.   Students and attendees are sure to have a fun-filled day of robotics competition! Make sure you don't forget batteries, chargers, and license plates! 

Food and drinks are available for purchase at our concession stand.

Event is indoors.  Weather will not be an issue...

Refund and Payment Policies

Payment deadline is October 13th, 2023

If the Event Partner cancels the event: full refund

$5 RobotEvents fee will not be included in any refunds 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: no refund

 

Judging Format

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation  via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
