General Info

Welcome to the 2023 PYRE Robotics December Qualifier!  We are excited to host you for VEX IQ Competition: Full Volume!

The event will be hosted in the main gymnasium at Plainfield Community Middle School.  Please enter through Door 17 (at the south end of the building).  Please see the Documents section for a map of the entrace and parking.

Agenda

The following is a tentative schedule, but we will be moving quickly to finish before 1pm to allow time for the afternoon MS tournament.

  • Doors Open / Inspection Opens - 7:30am
  • Event Meeting - 8:15am
  • Skills Opens - 8:30am
  • Qualification Matches - 8:45am - 11:45am
  • Finals (Top 10) - 12:00pm
  • Event Closes

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

Being early December, we will be watching the weather conditions.  We will attempt to either delay or reschedule in the event of inclement weather.  If rescheduled to a time you are unable to attend, a credit toward a future competition we host will be provided.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

A refund will be given less the $5 RobotEvents fee.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

No refund will be given.
