Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

It is unlikely that we cancel for bad weather, but if we cancel or change anything, announcements will be emailed to all registered team contacts and posted here. Please check the Robot Events page as the event approaches.

Refund and Payment Policies

Participation in the competition is free of charge. The teams are responsible for their own travel and accommodation expenses.

Judging Format

All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews will be judged in-person the day of the event. 

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation  via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. A submission deadline is one week before the event.
