Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

Event is indoors.  Weather should not be an issue. 

Refund and Payment Policies

Payment deadline is January 27, 2024

If the Event Partner cancels the event:  Full refund, minus the $5 RobotEvent fee. 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:  NO REFUND

 

Judging Format

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation  via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact.  Notebooks must be submitt ed by January 27, 2024.

In order to be considered for the Innovate award, please include a completed copy of the Innovate Award Submission Form, found on page 42 in the Guide to Judging, https://roboticseducation.org/documents/2023/06/guide-to-judging.pdf/ .  Place a copy of the completed form in the design notebook as described on the form.
