Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In case of weather related emergency teams will be notified of event cancellation or rescheduling by noon the Friday before.
Refund and Payment Policies
Refunds will only be issued in the case of event related cancellation or rescheduling.
Judging Format
All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
