Welcome to VIQRC FULL VOLUME @ Komazawa University 2023!
ATTENTION: Even if you apply, you cannot participate without our consent. Please be aware of this in advance. Upon registration, you will be immediately placed on the Waiting List. When slots become available, teams will be moved to the participating team slots in order.
Once your participation is confirmed and you receive contact from us, please do not make any payments. If you mistakenly make a payment in advance, a refund will only be issued for the difference in system usage fees, not the full amount.
This scrimmage is held as part of the "Setagaya Digital Maker Fest," and only 8 teams can participate, primarily invited teams. The purpose of this event is to provide a platform for teams to communicate with children of the same age group, exchange information about technology, ideas, and strategies for the competition.
We would like to express our respect to the Setagaya Digital Maker Fest Organizing Committee, with whom we have been involved in organizing this scrimmage.

出場が確定され、連絡を受けるまでは、支払いをしないでください。 誤って先に支払いをした場合は、全額返金ではなく、システム使用料の差額分だけが返金されます。
このスクリメージは、「世田谷デジタルものづくりフェス」の催し物の一環として行われ、参加できるチームは8チームのみで、主に招待されているチームのみが出場できます。開催の目的は、チームが同年代の子供達とコミュニケーションを図り、技術やアイデア、それに競技の戦略方法を情報交換する交流の場です。

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: Refunds will be made at the discretion of the Event Partner and only in the case of an emergency. If a team completes registration for the event and later chooses to withdraw or not attend: Regardless of the circumstances, if a team wishes to cancel their participation and request a refund, they must do so by 30 days prior to each event before the Event Partner cancels. No refunds will be issued for non-participation beyond the 30-day deadline. If a refund is approved, it will be processed within one month from the date of the refund request. Please note that the refund amount will not be the full payment, as it will be adjusted for payment system fees, schedule change fees, differences in currency exchange rates if applicable, and any bank transfer fees incurred.

イベント主催者がイベントを中止した場合： 返金はイベント主催者の判断により行われ、緊急事態がある場合のみ行われます。 イベントへの参加登録を完了後、参加を取り消すか参加しない場合： いかなる状況でも、主催者側がイベントを中止する前に参加を取り消し、返金を希望するチームは、各イベントの30日前までに申請する必要があります。 30日を過ぎてからの不参加の場合は返金はされません。 返金を承認した場合、返金は申請日から1か月以内に処理します。また返金は全額ではなく、決済のシステム使用料、スケジュールの変更手数料、為替が影響する場合の差額、あるいは振り込み手数料など、一部返金されない金額をが差し引いて返金します。

The scrimmage will take place in the Shugetsu Hall (Multipurpose Hall) on the 4th floor of the high-rise building within the Shugetsu Building, located on the Komazawa Campus of Komazawa University.
To get there, simply walk straight from the main university gate, and the Shugetsu Building, which is located to the right at the end.
Please note that the scrimmage will be held simultaneously with the Autumn Festival (Culture Festival), and since Komazawa University campus is spacious and busy, we recommend arriving with some extra time to spare.

Payment Methods
YSE, for events held within Japan, collects participation fees using a payment method chosen independently by YSE, rather than utilizing the robotevents payment system. Previously, teams were required to make cash payments on the day of the competition, but due to security concerns associated with handling cash at the competition venue and the inconvenience of teams carrying cash, we have reevaluated the payment process.

Furthermore, we have implemented the system of Metaps Payment Co., Ltd. However, it currently does not support multiple languages. To assist you, we have prepared an English user manual.
