Thank you for registering for our event.

This event is free for members of the PA Rural Robotics Initiative.  All others will be $100 per team.

There will be a concession stand available with designated areas to eat and drink.

The event will start at 10:00 am with registration, check ins and inspections beginning at 9:00 am.

We always need volunteers for Check in and others.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

The event will be cancelled if a Winter Storm Warning or major advisory is given.   The decision will be made by 7:00 PM the night prior and I can be reached at [email protected]

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

Refunds will be given if the event is cancelled due to inclement weather.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

If done in a timely manner more than two weeks prior to the event a refund maybe given.

Everyone should use their own self guidance for health and safety.

We are located approximately 4 miles off of Interstate 80 at Exit 53.

 

The event will be in the HIGH SCHOOL Gym at 700 Beatty Ave, Knox, PA 16232

Currently, There will be no webcast of this event.

Judging Format

AS OF RIGHT NOW, This event will be All In-Person Judging.   This will be finalized on finding Volunteers to accurately judge the proper areas.

  • All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
