General Info
GATSA is excited to host the 2023 Fall Leadership Conference VEX IQ Tournament. Students and attendees are sure to have an excellent robotics competition and we look forward to seeing all of the teams shine! This event is being held in conjunction with the GATSA Fall Leadership Conference. All teams must register through the on-line TSA conference registration system. A GATSA designee will enter registered teams into Robot Events. The event is limited to 3 teams per chapter.

12:00pm - 1:00pm - Check-In/Registration/Inspection
NOTE: All teams MUST be through inspection before 1pm.
1:00pm - 2:30pm - Robot Skills
(NOTE 1: Each team will be allowed a maximum of 3 Robot (Driver) Skills and 3 Programming Skills runs. A Skills field will be set up during the qualification rounds, but teams are encouraged to take advantage of this pre-match session to alleviate some of the time constraints throughout the day)
(NOTE 2: If teams finish Robot Skills before 2:30pm, we will move the schedule up and start the driver meeting and qualification rounds earlier)
2:30pm - 2:40pm - Driver Meeting
2:45pm - 4:00pm - Qualification Rounds
4:00pm - 4:30pm - VEX IQ Finals

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
Teams will be notified as early as possible if it is determined that bad weather will cause a change in event-day plans. In the event of a cancellation, GATSA will handle refunds.
Refund and Payment Policies
Refunds will not be issued after GATSA conference registration ends. Any schools registering teams for this competition will be expected to pay the registration fee to GATSA.
Judging Format
All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
