Still looking for volunteers.  Even just for a couple of hours would b greatly appreciated.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

The whole event will be inside. If there is an emergency will contact everyone by email.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: full refund

 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:  $50 refund if more than 2 weeks before schedule event. $20 refund if within 2 weeks. No refund for no show on the day of competition.

 

Judging Format

 

All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
