Still could use more volunteers. Even if it is only for 2 hours, it would be greatly appreciated.
Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
We will be on the inside so bad weather shouldn't be a problem.
However if we need to cancel at the last minute we will send out an email.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: full refund
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: $50 refund if more than 2 weeks before schedule event. $20 refund if within 2 weeks. No refund for no show on the day of competition.
