Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

This event has no available snow date. A weather-related event cancelation will be made in accordance with the East Stroudsburg Area School District.

In the event of a weather-related cancellation, teams will be contacted as early as possible and event registration fees will be returned minus the $5 RECF processing fee.

Refund and Payment Policies

Registered teams that choose to cancel must do so no later than seven days prior to the event to receive a full refund minus the $5 RECF Registration fee. Teams that withdraw in fewer than seven days will be responsible for paying the full registration fee.
