Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In the event of a weather delay/cancelation, coaches will be contacted via phone by 5 a.m. the day of the competition at the phone number on file. 

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: Refunds will be issued per Robot Event guidelines. 

 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: Refunds will be issued minus the $5 fee that RobotEvents collects and keeps.
