Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
If conditions require (a hurricane, for instance) the event will be CANCELLED and your registrations refunded (less the fees incurred by robotevents.com).**
**From Robotevents.com: There is $5.00 USD fee, per registration, that will be withheld to cover website maintenance, processing fees, reporting, accounting, and system updates.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
- Refunds will ONLY be issued in the cases of an event cancellation.
- According to RECF policy, $5.00 of each registration is used by their organization for processing and is NOT REFUNDABLE.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
- You forfeit your tournament fee.
Judging Format
- Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews:
- Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event.
- Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. Submission Deadline: February 9, 2024
