Dufur School welcomes you to the Last Chance State Qualifier: Full Volume VIQRC Tournament at Dufur School and sponsored by Wasco County 4-H.
Grade Level: Grades 4-8
Skills Challenge Offered: Yes
Judging Format: Notebooks are reviewed digitally and must be submitted online at https://www.robotevents.com/ no later than Friday, February 2nd at 5:00 pm. In-Person Judging interviews will take place at the tournament.
Concessions are available for purchase.

Contact Jody Weaver, [email protected] to volunteer. Volunteers are currently needed to serve as referees, judges, robot inspection, and VEX Tournament Manager operation.
Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
Weather:
In the event of impending bad weather, we will work with the host site to determine if the event can be held on the regularly scheduled day and time. If the event cannot continue on its original schedule, every effort will be made to either keep the event on the same day with an adjusted schedule or reschedule the event to a different date and/or location. Updates will be provided via email and posted to the event webpage on RobotEvents.com.

Refund and Payment Policies
Due to the nature of costs associated with hosting events, Dufur School Robotics is unable to offer refunds to teams that cancel their registration. However, please let us know if you are unable to attend so that we can better plan for the event.
Health and Safety Policies
All approved events and event attendees are required to follow all local, state, federal, or any other government ordinances regarding COVID-19 safety procedures, social distancing, and best hygiene practices. Event Partners should continually assess, based on current government guidelines, whether to postpone, cancel, or significantly reduce the number of attendees when necessary.

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation the Robot Events Team Registration page and are due by Friday, February 2, 2024.
