Welcome to the Moffat County VEX IQ 2023-2024 Full Volume Tournament. We look forward to hosting you!

 

This event is looking for Volunteers!  To help support our tournament, we are asking all teams to have a person volunteer., Check out the Volunteer Tab for more information!

Refunds will be available up to two weeks prior to the event, minus the $5.00 non-refundable RobotEvents Fee.

Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be subbmitted in person at the event for evaluation.

Volunteer

We are looking for 1 Volunteer from each participating Team.These volunteers help make sure the tournaments run smoothly.  

Jobs we are looking for:

  • Check In Table

  • Robot Inspection - will be train onsite 

  • Queuing Manager

  • Pit Manager

  • Field Reset (3rd Grade and up!)

  • Judges

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In case of INCLEMENT WEATHER the tournament will be canceled and no refunds will be available.

Refund and Payment Policies

Payment Deadline:

Payments for this tournament are due the Monday prior to the event @ 4:00 PM MST

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

Refunds will be available up to two weeks prior to the event, minus the $5.00 non-refundable RobotEvents fee.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

Withdrawing from the tournament?  Refunds will be available up to two weeks prior to the event, minus the $5.00 non-refundable RobotEvents fee.

 

Judging Format

 

  • All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
