The Gear Up VEX IQ Tournament is open to Middle School VEX IQ teams. The event is a State Qualifying event.  

Outside food is allowed at this event.  NO Concessions available.   Many food options are available in the surrounding area.  Food places that deliver or are within walking distance are listed under the documents section.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

 

The event will not be rescheduled if canceled due to bad weather. Teams will be notified of cancellation through the e-mail address provided in RobotEvents during registration.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

  • Refunds will not be given to teams canceling less than a week before the competition.

  • Refunds will be sent out around 6 weeks from the event to those who cancel in due time.  

  • Refunds from robotevents will deduct $5 from your registration fee.
