Trinity Grammar Preparatory School are proud to present the VIQC Rapid Relay Tournament on Wednesday 7th August. 

This event will be hosted at Trinity Grammar Preparatory School, Strathfield, NSW.

 

The competition will be held on a regular school day and is not open to spectators. Attendance is limited to students, teachers, coaches, and volunteers only.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In the event of extreme weather conditions the event will be cancelled. Organisers will do their best to give advance notice where possible.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

Refunds will be issued

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

Cancellations with less than 10 days notice will forfeit the registration fee.

 

Judging Format

  • All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event.
  • Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
