Travel Info

We do not have parking available on our School site, and we have parking restrictions in the local area 10am-2pm.

All teams arriving by minibus should initially park in front of the School, on Middle road (HA2 0HN on googlemap will give you our exact location). This will enable you to unload pupils and equipment.

After the opening words, we will ask all minbus drivers to drive their buses to our Sports fields, the Sudbury Fields (HA1 3SB), 4 minutes drive away.

A minibus will bring all drivers back onsite.

At 2pm, we will drive all drivers back to their mini-buses so that they can be parked in front of the School for the end of the event.

Judging Format

 

  • All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event.  
  •  Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation  via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
