Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
If the event is canceled due to bad weather, we will reschedule or refund your fees if the reschedule date does not work for your team.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
You will receive a refund.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
If you cancel after January 29 you will not receive a refund. Cancelations prior to Feb. 5 will recieve a refund.
Judging Format
- All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
