Welcome to VEX in the 'Ville Presents Rapid Relay. The Sycamore Lion Bots are so excited to have you join us this season.
Please note that payment is due no later than Dec. 1st. Teams that have not paid by 5:00 p.m. on that date will be removed.
Engineering Design Notebooks will only be accepted digitally for this event. Please upload a shareable notebook link to the team robot events account no later than noon on Dec. 4th, 2024 in order to be considered for judged awards.

Volunteer
In order to run a successful event, volunteers are needed in several areas. A sign up link will be emailed to the head coach of each registered team a few weeks prior to the tournament date.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
If the weather is severe enough to warrant cancellation of the event, notices will be sent as soon as possible to all participants and if possible, a reschedule date will be selected.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: Refunds will only be made if the event is cancelled by Sycamore Elementary School. Refunds will not include the $5 processing fee assessed by Robot Events for processing.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: Registrations will not be refunded for teams that register, but choose not to attend.
Judging Format
Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via the link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. Notebooks must be submitted no later than noon on Dec. 4th, 2024 to be considered for judged awards.
