General Info

 

The Pioneer VEX IQ Pioneer Fall Classic is a blended elementary and middle school event.  We plan on having at least 2 match fields, a skills field, and one practice field.

This event will take place at Elyria High School. Students will be served lunch and a full concession stand will be available all day.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

Coaches will be contacted via email or phone based on the registration information in the event of a cancellation due to inclement weather. 

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: refunds will only be issued if the event is cancelled minus the $5 REC processing fee.

 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: registration fees will not be refunded.

 

Webcast

This event will not be broadcast. Results can be found on robotevents.com or the VEX Via App.

Judging Format

 

All In-Person Judging:

The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event.

Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges. No digital notebooks will be reviewed at the event.
