General Info
Thank you for registering for Spindletop Showdown VIQRC Rapid Relay MS! This event will be held at the Setzer Student Center located at 4405 Jimmy Simmons Blvd, Beaumont, TX 77705.
Concessions will be available. Lamar University's Brooks-Shivers Dining Hall will be open from 10 am - 2 pm with buffet style dining and to-go box options. Other options are available with our a Subway, McDonald's, Sonic, Starbucks, and Jack in the Box within a 5-minute drive from the event venue.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the event of bad weather or cancellation of the event, the event partner will make every effort to reschedule the event. Coaches and mentors will be notified with as much advance notice as possible.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: Refunds will be issued if rescheduling the event is not possible or a team is unable to attend the new date.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: No refund will be issued.

Judging Format
All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
