General Info
This event is the 2024-2025 VEX IQ Scrimmage tournament. The VEX IQ Rapid Relay is a robotics competition for middle school teams where students design and program robots to complete tasks in a timed match. Teams compete in the Teamwork Challenge and the Robot Skills Challenge, focusing on collaboration and engineering skills. This event promotes STEM education and encourages teamwork, problem-solving, and creativity among participants.

VEX IQ Rapid Relay Scrimmage Agenda
1. Registration and Check-in
- Time: 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM
- Location: Main Entrance
- Details: Teams check in and receive their schedules and materials.
2. Opening Ceremony
- Time: 9:15 AM - 9:45 AM
- Location: Main Stage
- Details:
- Welcome address by the event coordinator.
- Introduction of participating teams.
- Overview of the competition rules and format.
3. Team Practice Sessions
- Time: 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM
- Location: Practice Field
- Details: Each team has designated time slots to practice on the field.
4. Competition Matches
- Time: 12:00 PM - 2:30 PM
- Location: Main Competition Field
- Details:
- Teams compete in multiple rounds of the Teamwork Challenge.
- Each match lasts 60 seconds, followed by a brief review and feedback session.
5. Lunch Break

Necessary measures will be put in place concerning emergencies and bad weather. We will have volunteers stationed for any emergency, and the event will be postponed if there is bad weather.
