Bixby Robotics is excited to host this VEX IQ tournament to be held at Bixby Middle School in Bixby, OK. Students and attendees are sure to have a fun-filled day of robotics competition and we look forward to seeing all of the teams shine! Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the event of a weather related issue, we will reschedule the event to a different date.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
- A refund, minus the $5 processing fee, will be given.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
- No refund will be given.
Judging Format
All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
