This competition is open to the public and spectators can come to watch.

This event will be hosted by Pymble Ladies' College at the John Reid Hall, 20-64 Avon Road, Pymble, 2073, NSW, Australia. Parking is available in the Gate 3 Centenary Carpark and Street Parking is also available on Avon Road.

- Time: Team Check-In and Robot Inspection begins at 8:30, with Practice Matches starting at 10:00 and the first match commending at 10:30.

If the Event Partner cancels the event: a refund will be given
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: no refund will be provided
Judging Format
- Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
