Agenda

Tentaive Agenda for the Elevate Tech VEX IQ Tournament #3

*** Note the timing change of the event to start at 9:30am due to venue restrictions ***

9:30am - Doors Open (no entrance prior to 9:30 am)

9:30am - 10:30am - Inspection and team check-in. Teams arriving after this nor having passed inspection will not be allowed to play.

10:00am - 3:00pm - Skills field open

11:05am - Opening Ceremony / Drivers Meeting (Skills paused during Opening Ceremonies/Drivers Meeting)

11:15am - 4pm Qualification rounds

12:30pm - 1:15pm Lunch (Food must be consumed in the designated areas)

4:00pm - 5:00pm - Finals

5:00pm - 5:30pm - Awards

Judging Format

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation  via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
