General Info
This event is for the VEX IQ Rapid Relay competition.
We welcome teams from primary and secondary schools.
Please bring your own lunch; there will be refreshments provided for staff and volunteers.
We will have alliance matches, skills challenges and judging of teams and their log books.
Due to the size of the event, only two spots to Nationals will be on offer and so the judging for the Design and Judges Awards will be "unofficial" and not be displayed on RobotEvents, however we will follow all the RECF processes so it is a good opportunity for teams to experience the judging process!

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In case of bad weather or emergencies during the VEX IQ event, participants will be promptly informed through the venue’s PA system. All teams should follow the designated evacuation routes or shelter-in-place procedures as directed by event staff, ensuring safety remains the top priority at all times.
Refund and Payment Policies
As this is a free event, there will be no refunds.
Judging Format
- Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
