Robotics Edge, Cybercat Robotics, and Apex Robotics are excited to co-host the VIQRC Rapid Relay Tournament.  

Snacks & drinks should be availalbe at our concession stand.

1:00 pm - Qualification Matches Resume (Skills will end with Qualification Matches)

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

Event is indoors.  Weather should not be an issue. 

Refund and Payment Policies

Payment deadline is January 28, 2025

If the Event Partner cancels the event:  Full refund, minus the $5 RobotEvent fee. 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:  NO REFUND

Judging Format

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact. Digital Engineering Notebook submissions must be submitted by midnight, January 29th.
