Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
If school is cancelled for the Blaine County School District because of a snow day, the tournament will be cancelled. Otherwise, the tournament will continue as normal.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: Refunds will be issued to teams.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: Refunds will not be issued.
Judging Format
- Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event.
- Hard copy Engineering notebooks can be submitted at Check In on Friday Feb. 28th.
