8:00 AM  - Doors Open (no entrance prior to 8:00 am)

8:05 AM - Inspection Opens 

8:15 AM - Skills Opens 

8:45 AM - Inspection and team check-in closes. Teams arriving after this nor having passed inspection will not be allowed to play.

9:00 AM - Opening Ceremony / Drivers Meeting (Skills paused during Opening Ceremonies/Drivers Meeting)

9:30 AM - Qualification Matches / Skills Open

12:00-12:30 PM Lunch (Food will be available to purchase nearby)

3:40 PM - End Qualification Matches / Skills Closes

3:55 PM - Finals Matches

4:30 PM - Awards

4:45 PM - End of Event / Clean-up (please leave Pits clean)

Judging Format

All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges
