General Info

      We will be opening the doors at 7:30 on Feburay 22, 2025. You will need to drive to back parking lot. Come in the Gym entrance under the blue awning. As you come in the door there will a registration table. There will be food availabe on site. The address is 1985 Buchingham RD Greeneville, TN 37745.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In case of bad weather you will be notifided by e-mail of any changes to the event. We will let you know the night before by 5:00 pm if it has to be canceled. 

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: We will br fare with the refunds. 

 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: There will no refund.

 

Judging Format

 

In-Person Interviews and Digital Notebooks - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. We will only be accepting Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation  via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
