Join Us for the 2025 Alpine Robo Games – Where Robotics Reaches New Peaks!
We’re excited to invite you to the 2025 Alpine Robo Games, featuring the VEX IQ Rapid Relay Scrimmage! This is a wonderful chance for teams to showcase their skills, share their hard work, and put their robots to the test in a fun, friendly competition.
Students will compete in multiple Team Challenge matches as well as Robot Skills Challenges, with tournament awards given for each category.
Tournament Setup:
- Teamwork Challenge: We will have 1 fields set up for the Teamwork Challenge
- Skill Challenge: 1 field will be dedicated to the Skill Challenge, where teams can demonstrate their robot’s capabilities in individual performance tasks.
- Practice Field: Teams are welcome to bring their own practice fields if they wish or use the skills arena when not in use.
Blended Event:
This tournament is a blended event, welcoming teams of all ages. This structure encourages a diverse range of participants, fostering an environment where younger and older students can learn from each other and compete together.
Engineering Notebook Submission:
We will not be judging engineering notebooks in this event- no submission required.

11:15-11:45 practice matches/skills (3 minute cycle time, 1 matches per team)
11:45-12:30 matches/skills (2.5 minute cycle time, 2 matches per team)

13:15-14:30 Matches/skills (2.5 minute cycle time, 3 matches per team)
14:30-14:45 Break

No prior experience is necessary—we will provide all the training and guidance you need on the day of the event. This is a great opportunity to get involved in the local STEM community, support young innovators, and be a part of an exciting competition.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
Tournament is indoors.
Only under severe weather circumstances would the event be canceled. An email would be sent the day before if there is a chance of cancellation. Teams should make sure their contact information is up to date and includes both school and non-school phone numbers.
In the case of bad weather conditions or possible cancellations, please visit the event on Robotevents.com where updates about the event status will be posted as needed. Event Partners will also make every effort to reach teams directly in case of an emergency. Make sure your team contact information is up to date in your robotevents.com account, as this is the information that will be used to contact your team.
In the event that we must cancel an event due to bad weather or an emergency, registration fees will be fully refundable. We will process refunds promptly and notify you via email once the refund has been issued.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
If the Event Partner must cancel the event, all participants will be refunded all but the 5 Euro registration fee
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
If you wish to cancel your participation, please contact us at least two weeks before the competition date to receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within two weeks of the competition will not be eligible for any refund.
