Update 2/10/25: This agenda has been updated to accomodate additional teams. The start time is 1.5 hours earlier (was 11:30 and now is 10am) and the end time is about 45 min later. The length of the event is subject to change if the number of attending teams changes again.

General schedule for Saturday, April 5: 

8:00-10:00  Volunteer Arrival / SetUp

10:00-11.00 Check-In/Inspection

11:00-11:15 Welcome

11:15-11:45 practice matches/skills (3 minute cycle time, 1 matches per team)

11:45-12:30 matches/skills (2.5 minute cycle time, 2 matches per team)

12:30-13:15 Lunch

13:15-14:30 Matches/skills (2.5 minute cycle time, 3 matches per team)

14:30-14:45 Break

14:45-16:00 Matches/skills (2.5 minute cycle time, 3 matches per team)

16:15-16:45 Final Matches

16:45 - 17:00 Awards

Volunteers wanted:

If you would like to volunteer please contact the event promoters.  We could always have roles below: 

Field Reset/Team Check-In/Scorekeeping/General Assistance/Judge assistant/Robot Inspection

No prior experience is necessary—we will provide all the training and guidance you need on the day of the event. This is a great opportunity to get involved in the local STEM community, support young innovators, and be a part of an exciting competition.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

Tournament is indoors.

Only under severe weather circumstances would the event be canceled. An email would be sent the day before if there is a chance of cancellation. Teams should make sure their contact information is up to date and includes both school and non-school phone numbers.

In the case of bad weather conditions or possible cancellations, please visit the event on Robotevents.com where updates about the event status will be posted as needed. Event Partners will also make every effort to reach teams directly in case of an emergency.   Make sure your team contact information is up to date in your robotevents.com account, as this is the information that will be used to contact your team.

In the event that we must cancel an event due to bad weather or an emergency, registration fees will be fully refundable. We will process refunds promptly and notify you via email once the refund has been issued.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

If the Event Partner must cancel the event, all participants will be refunded all but the 5 Euro registration fee

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

If you wish to cancel your participation, please contact us at least two weeks before the competition date to receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within two weeks of the competition will not be eligible for any refund.
