Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

This event follows Prince George's County Public Schools guidance on weather-related cancellations. In case of cancellation due to inclement weather, this event will be rescheduled to February 8th.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

Teams will get a full refund.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

Teams will get a full refund provided the team withraws/cancels a week before the event.

Judging Format

  • All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
