General Info
Welcome to December Lights Rapid Relay Scrimmage.
The event is in the cafeteria. The entrance to the cafeteria is on the outside of the building, to the right of the Sparks Middle School front entry. This event is from 4pm-6pm.
This is a non-judged event. Teams will be able to practice with their robots in a tournament setting. Teams can test their robots with other teams in the Teamwork Challenge and Skills Challenge.
We will have referees running the Teamwork Challenge. Teams sign-in and are placed in random partnerships with other teams.
There will be a Skills Field available for teams to practice running their code.

This is an after-school scrimmage. It is a friendly place for teams to try out their robots and practice playing Teamwork and Skills Challenges.
4:00pm Team sign-in.
4:15pm - 5:30pm Round-Robin Teamwork Challenges
4:15pm - 5:30pm Open Skills Field -
Teams line up and practice running their code.
5:45pm - 6:00pm Clean Up

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
If schools are closed to due inclement weather, then this event will be canceled as well.
If the scrimmage needs to be canceled, we will notify teams as soon as possible.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
Free event. No refunds. We appreciate the notice if a team cannot attend.
