General Info
Welcome to Madeley Academy. Our event will start with arrival from 8:30 to 9:00 am. The tournament will start between 9:15 am and 9:30 am. Refreshments will be provided but we ask you to bring your own packed lunch for the day.

If you are able to help out on the day or bring an extra game mat for schools to practice on, this would be much appreciated. Please let me know.
Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the event of extreme weather, the tournament will be cancelled/postponed. We will keep a watchful eye on the weather and inform you of a decision 48 hours beforehand. This will be by email and a response should be made. If no response is made, we will telephone you.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
There is no charge for this event.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
There is no charge for this event.
Judging Format
All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
Please note given the capacity of the Event, all Judged Awards will be given unoffically and won't be recognised.
