Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

竞赛安全应急预案

（一）雷电、风雨、冰雹等自然天气灾害应急预案

1.若比赛前发生，如需暂停赛事组委会根据实际情况通知各参赛单位；

2.若比赛时发生，组委会应根据天气实际情况，与裁判、领队代表商量处置措施并及时通报。

（二）火灾等突发事故应急预案

1.裁判员暂停或终止该赛场（该项目）比赛；

2.现场工作人员迅速查明起火原因，向竞赛组委会报告，并根据事态及时通知医疗急 救及消防急救；

3.若灾情严重，组委会第一时间组织各参赛单位安全有序疏散参赛学生；

4.若事故较小，有控制并扑灭的可能，则组织利用完善的消防设施予以扑灭；

5.组委会根据事故处置情况及控制事态商议并通告比赛后续安排。

（三）场外突发事件应急预案

1.裁判员暂停比赛；

2.组委会组织人员处理场外因素；

3.如若事态升级，裁判员终止比赛；

4.组委会告知处置措施及后续赛事安排。

（四）意外伤害、重度昏迷、伤亡等重大事故应急预案

1.裁判员终止比赛；

2.第一时间现场医护人员抢救，呼叫 120 急救；

3.第一时间上报上级部门，召开处理会议，决定比赛是否继续。

（五）主要处置措施

1.突发事件发生，立即启动安全应急预案；

2.召开安全领导小组会议，通报事件；

3.向上级主管部门报告情况，请求上级帮助指导；

4.召开全体领队、教练员会议，通报事件经过，并进行安全再教育，做好赛场稳定和秩序维护工作；

5.全体工作人员、各单位领队坚守各自岗位，未经允许，不得擅自发布误导信息，

共同做好维护稳定工作。

Judging Format

Please review the following Judging Format options and keep the ones that apply to your event, and delete the others that do not apply. Please see the Remote Judging section of the Guide to Judging for more information.

• No Judging

• All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.

•  All Remote Judging - The Initial Team Interviews will be conducted remotely, and Engineering Notebooks will be submitted to judges digitally via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents.  Initial Interviews and Notebook submission deadlines may be scheduled ahead of the event date.

• Remote Initial Team Interviews / In-Person Engineering Notebooks: Initial Team Interviews will be conducted remotely, possibly before the date of the event. Engineering Notebooks will still be submitted in person the day of the event to be evaluated by judges.

•  Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation  via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
