General Info

The 13th Annual Northern New York State VEX IQ Championships will be held at SRC Arena at OCC in March, 2026, this the perfect time for teams to compete all season to get enough experience under their belt to be prepared for this World Championships Qualifier.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

Due to the nature of booking for The SRC Arena there will be no change in date, weather dependent the comptetiton times may change to later to allow teams time to arrive safely.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event:

There will be NO refunds for this event, due to the booking policies and event cost for The SRC Arena.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

Please make sure to only register teams if you are sure they will be able to attend and compete.

Judging Format

All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
