This will be an elementary and middle school event for Vex IQ Mix & Match. We will have 24 teams. It will take place at Bell's Crossing Elementary School in Simpsonville, SC.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the case of bad weather or an emergency, we will reschedule for the following Saturday, November 22nd, 2025. No refund will be given if your circumstances change and you have to back out of our tournament.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
We will plan to have the event the following Saturday or at a later date and your registration will apply toward that rescheduled event.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
No refund will be given.

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
