Only the team members and one adult, in addition to the team coach, are allowed at the pit table at any time during the event.
Skills runs will be completed prior to qualification matches.
THERE WILL BE NO ADDITIONAL SKILLS RUNS ONCE QUALIFICATION MATCHES BEGIN!

There will be one ref at each field. Teams will be expected to be at the staging table during the match prior to theirs.
All teams are asked to insure that their tables are free of trash at the end of the day.
Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
There will be no refunds due to bad weather. Every attempt will be made to reschedule if a cancellation is required.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Your registration fee will be refunded minus the fees robotevents.com charges.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event and then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
Your registration to this event commits the event partners to set costs. Therefore, no refunds can be given.
If payment is not received prior to the November 7, 2025 deadline, your team will be moved to the waiting list.
Health and Safety Policies
Middle School competition will take place in the Media Center. There is limited seating. Parents are invited to bring canopies and folding chairs to set up near the pavilion where the teams will have their pits.
Only students and coaches should be in the pits.
Concessions will be available in the cafeteria, which is the location of the elementary school competition.

Cypress Ridge is 0.8 miles west of Highway 27 on Highway 50. Turn north right on East Ave. and continue for 0.5 miles. Parking is available in front of the school on East Ave. and behind the school on Carroll Street in front of the cafeteria.
Judging Format
Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event.
Electronic Engineering notebooks must be uploaded to Robot Events no later than 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 12.
