Volunteers are welcome.  Please contact Virginia Schoenthaler ([email protected]) if you would like to help.

There will be one ref at each field.  Teams will be expected to be at the staging table during the match prior to theirs.

All teams are asked to insure that their tables are free of trash at the end of the day. 

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

There will be no refunds due to bad weather.  Every attempt will be made to reschedule if a cancellation is required.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

Your registration fee will be refunded minus the fees robotevents.com charges. 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event and then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

Your registration to this event commits the event partners to set costs. Therefore, no refunds can be given. 

If payment is not received prior to the October 10, 2025 deadline, your team will be moved to the waiting list. 

Health and Safety Policies

Only the team members and one adult, in addition to the team coach, are allowed at the table at any time during the event.

Skills runs will be completed prior to alliance matches.

Travel Info

East Avenue is 0.8 miles west of Highway 27 on Highway 50.  Parking is available in front of the school and beside the cafeteria on Carroll Street.
