This is going to be an amazing tournament!
Located in the Orange County area, this tournament is one of the largest and most exciting tournaments in SoCal!.
This is a full-on tournament with 6 or more quals matches per team, certified referees, and even custom trophies!
Come join me (Ben Lipper) for an incredible event!

Doors Open & Check in 9:00 AM
Inspections 9:00 AM - 9:45 AM
Opening Ceremony/Event Meeting 9:45 AM - 10:00 AM
Tournament Qualifying matches 10:00 AM - 12:30 PM
Lunch 12:30 - 1:00 (This may become a working lunch)
Tournament Qualifying matches (continued) 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM
Finals matches 4:00 PM - 4:15 PM.
Awards 4:15 PM - 4:30 PM
Load-out 4:30 PM - 5:00 PM
Skills matches will be available from 9:00 AM to the end of qualification games (Closed During Lunch).
Volunteer
Almost all of the volunteers for this event will come directly from the school.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
Unless there is a major catastrophe (hurricane, school fire, etc.), the tournament will take place as scheduled.
In the case of extreme conditions or possible cancellations, please visit the event on Robotevents.com where updates about the event status will be posted as needed. In case of an emergency, we will individually reach out to all teams using any contact information required. Teams should make sure their contact information in Robotevents.com is up to date and includes both school and non-school phone numbers.
In the event of an emergency during the event, the venue emergency procedures will be safely followed.
Refund and Payment Policies
Refunds are not typically issued for our events
Once you pay, we lock in your space and you can't usually get a refund.
However if you have a special case that you would like to discuss with us, you may contact us at [email protected].
If the tournament is cancelled, teams will be refunded all but the robotevents fees.

Judging Format
NO JUDGING - No need to turn in engineering notebooks.
In order to focus all of our resources on creating an incredible tournament experience for you, we will not have judging at this tournament.
