Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
If there is an emergency or bad weather the weekend of the event, the event will be cancelled and all teams will be issued a refund.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
All teams will receive a refund for the event minus the $5 Robotevents.com collects.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
If you notify inside the two week policy or just do not attend the event, a refund will not be issued.
If a team has not paid by the Payment Deadline February 1st.
The team will be moved to the waitlist.
Judging Format
All In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted in person during team check-in and robot inspection.
