We’re thrilled to announce that we’ll be hosting a VEX IQ Robotics League Tournament once again—an event we’ve proudly held in the past and are excited to bring back!

  • Day 1 – September 20 (Sat): Fall theme

  • Day 2 – October 18 (Sat): Halloween theme

  • Day 3/4 (Finals/Awards) – November 15 (Sat): Thanksgiving theme

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

Dear Parents and Coaches,

The safety and well-being of our students, families, and volunteers is always our top priority. In the event of any emergency or bad weather that could affect the upcoming Robotics Tournament, we want to assure you that you will be notified well in advance.

We are closely monitoring conditions and will communicate promptly through the usual channels if any changes or cancellations become necessary.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

Refunds will be provided.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

No refunds will be processed. 

Judging Format

 

  •  Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation  via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
