Teams are required to make registration payment by Nov 1, 2025, if registration payment is not received by the due date then the team will be moved to the waitlist.

Notebook Submission deadline:
Nov 1, 6 PM EST - Teams can submit notebooks on robotevents.com

Waiting List: If this event is full, please feel free to add your team to the Waiting List and then contact the Event Partner (Primary Contact on the General Info tab). The Event Partner will let you know about possible openings for the event. If you are moved from the Waiting List to the Registered Teams List, please be prepared to pay for the event promptly.

IMPORTANT! If your team will be late, you must call the Event Partner (Primary Contact on the General Info tab). If your team is not checked in on time, the match schedule will be run without your team and they cannot compete. The match schedule CANNOT be run after the tournament begins.

Judging Format
Remote Judging - The Team Interviews will be conducted remotely, and Engineering Notebooks will be submitted to judges electronically. See below for submission deadline dates.
Notebook submission deadline - Nov 1, 2025 - 6 pm EST
Teams will receive an email 2 weeks prior to the event with instructions on how to register for a remote interview, please make sure that the team completes the signup on time. Remember the earlier you sign up the more likely you'll get the time you desire.
