General Info
We will be hosting a 30-team VEX IQ Challenge (Elementary Only) event at Westminster Christian Elementary School in the Student Activities Center. Follow the signs to find the building. Judging of the Engineering Design Notebook will be done in person, so please bring a hard copy of your team's journal to the event.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
We will notify you by posting any cancellations on the event page under the Bad Weather Policy tab. Please make sure that we have the team coaches' cell phone numbers in the registration.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
We will process refunds for this event if the event is canceled.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event, then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
We will not process any refunds for this event.
Payment Deadline is December 6th:
Not paying by the deadline may mean your team is put on the waitlist without notice and your spot filled.
Judging Format
All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
