Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
If severe weather forces us to cancel, the event cannot be rescheduled. In that case, teams will receive a refund of their registration fee minus $5.00 to cover administrative costs. A delayed start or a shortened “rapid-fire” format may be used instead of full cancellation.
If the event proceeds as scheduled or in a delayed/modified format and you choose not to attend for any reason, no refunds will be issued.
Please continue to check the competition website and Robot Events for official updates and announcements.
Prepare your team, power up your droids, and be ready to compete.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Refunds will be issued in the case of an event cancellation (less a $5 processing fee).
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
Please only register robot teams that intend to attend. Due to the limited space for events, we will not issue a refund for any other reason.
Payment Deadline is January 24th, 2026. Not paying by this date may mean that your team may be placed on the waitlist to make room for another team.

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event.
