General Info
Welcome to the VEX IQ Mix and Match Season Kickoff event! We are excited to partner with the TN State Fair to offer this event. Please check the schedule. We don't know if we will be offering skills, it depends on the space that we have available.
Teams that are registered by noon on August 10, will recieve free gate admission for each team member (up to 5) and one adult with an RECF liability waiver on file.

We could always use
Queue Managers - Get students to the field in a timely manner.
Score Keepers - Must have some knowledge of the game.
Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the unlikely event that an emergency/weather would force the event to be cancelled, all listed team coaches will be notified by provided email as early as possible.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: A full refund will be provided minus $5.00 to RECF. If we have less than 12 teams we will cancel the event.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: No refunds will be provided.
Payment is due within two weeks of registration. If more time is needed to process payment please contact EP. Teams who have not made other arrangements with the EP and are not paid by August 8th will be moved to the waitlist.
